Soft skills such as critical thinking, teamwork, and problem-solving are essential for the modern labor market but are often insufficiently assessed or recognized. Companies struggle to effectively evaluate and promote these transversal competencies.
This is exactly where Micro-Leap comes in: the goal is to improve the recognition of soft skills as key competencies for professional development and to develop a structured system for awarding and recognizing microcredentials.
As part of the project, the Trackngrow platform is being further developed – a digital tool that enables adults to assess, improve, and make their soft skills visible through microcredentials. This platform offers a flexible, practice-oriented system for skills assessment and certification that can be directly integrated into work environments and companies.
Through these measures, Micro-Leap contributes sustainably to the modernization of vocational training systems and promotes soft skills as a decisive factor for career and business development.
Results
- Trackngrow platform is further developed to make soft skills visible and assessable.
- Microcredentials for soft skills are developed and tested.
- Pilot projects in companies demonstrate the practical application and impact of the tool.
