The Talent 4.0 project aims to enable small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to apply modern talent management to their business strategy and HR practices. Various resources are being developed for this purpose.

As part of Talent 4.0, existing talent management tools were examined with regard to their relevance for SMEs. Based on this, a toolbox was created that can be incorporated into existing HR processes. In addition, a training program was developed in which the toolbox and the existing instruments are trained.

  • toolbox for SMEs: Collection of online and offline tools for talent management
  • training program: 5-day program (1.5 ECVET credits for CEOs, HR, managers etc.)
