One of the biggest bottlenecks today is the significant shortage of skilled workers in many sectors of the economy. This also affects the important environmental sectors of water, wastewater, waste and recycling management. As part of the WWW&CE project, an alliance was set up to act as a competence center and develop programs to impart knowledge in the fields of environmental technology, circular economy and management. The partnership designed tools based on the principles of work-based learning, which were tested, evaluated and implemented in several countries.
