Six Centres of Vocational Excellence for Sustainable Viticulture, Beverages and Wine Tourism
REWINE supports professionals, businesses and education providers in actively shaping the green and digital transformation of the European wine, beverage and wine tourism sector. Through a network of six Centres of Vocational Excellence (CoVEs), the project develops innovative education and training opportunities that combine sustainability, digitalisation and regional development.
Expected Results
- Establishment of a European network of six Centres of Vocational Excellence (CoVEs) in the wine and beverage sector.
- Development of innovative training and lifelong learning programmes focusing on sustainability, digitalisation and wine tourism.
- Promotion of reskilling and upskilling opportunities for professionals and SMEs.
- Analysis of future skills needs and qualification requirements within the wine and beverage sector.
- Development of new certification and micro-credential opportunities for professionals.
- Strengthening cooperation between education, industry, research and public authorities.
