The aim of the Talent4LIFE project is to develop methods and tools based on talent management to improve employee development and employee retention in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Particular attention is paid to employees aged 45+.

Following an introductory study, the project will develop a handbook to improve employee retention and an online tool to support employee appraisals and development meetings. Finally, results and keynotes on the topic will be collected and published in a green paper.
