Duration
Feb. 2026 – Oct. 2027
The increasing digitalisation of recruitment processes and the use of artificial intelligence in HR systems are changing the requirements for job seekers. Young adults and disadvantaged groups in particular are facing new challenges and need additional digital and job application skills in order to successfully position themselves in the labour market.
CareerAI addresses this challenge by developing an AI-supported training prototype and practical learning materials. The aim is to support job seekers throughout the entire application process – from analysing and identifying their existing skills and competencies, to preparing application documents and getting ready for job interviews.
In addition, a practical guide for educational and labour market institutions will be developed to ensure the sustainable use and implementation of the project results.
