Economic and labour market developments as well as trends in digitalization have made lifelong learning a must nowadays. This phenomenon has led to a change in the requirements of vocational education and training: Due to the ever-shortening lifespan of knowledge, learners demand shorter, faster, more flexible and at the same time high-quality, recognized and modular qualifications and training. The aim of the project is to promote quality assurance and the recognition of micro-credentials at an international level.
