The aim of the DEI4SME project is to develop a digital tool for the management of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) in SMEs and the necessary digital educational resources.
The project will first identify the framework conditions for planning, implementing and monitoring social responsibility, in particular the issues and challenges of DEI in the SME context. On this basis, a digital tool for SMEs will be developed to plan, implement and report DEI activities in accordance with the relevant European (CSR) directives. In addition, educational institutions are to be provided with a corresponding digital educational infrastructure to train graduates with the necessary skills required in SMEs.
