As part of the WBL-Q project, an online tool was developed for SMEs that allows the quality of work-based learning (WBL) processes to be evaluated and can be used in companies by those responsible for learning in the workplace.
The self-evaluation tool is accompanied by a manual for these responsible persons. All developments of the WBL-Q project are based on a research study conducted in Austria, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Spain and Slovenia.
