Mobita SI-AT

The overall aim of the project is to develop innovative and mobile cross-border career guidance measures in Slovenia and Austria that reach young people in the rural regions of the program area and allow them to draw objective conclusions about their talents and provide meaningful assistance.

Following an exploratory study of the existing career guidance offers and the needs and expectations of the target groups, the SI-AT platform for strengthening exchange and cooperation in career guidance will be developed as part of the project. This is complemented by the improvement of tools and competencies in the field of career guidance for students in the program regions. Finally, the pilot implementation and preparation of the new career guidance model took place in Slovenia and Austria.
