Three-level Centers of Professional Excellence: Qualification, Entrepreneurship and Innovation in the Green Economy
The comprehensive transfer of green skills is one of the main priorities of the 3LoE project. In view of the challenges in the areas of energy, climate and environmental protection, 3LoE is setting up vocational competence centers for the green economy and implementing a wide range of vocational education, training and higher education measures on sustainability, digitalization and entrepreneurship.

- Expansion of dual vocational training in general, vocational and higher education
- Developing sustainable partnerships between centers of excellence and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs)
- Improving the skills of specialists and managers in SMEs in the field of the green economy and sustainability
