The WBL Accelerator project is about better networking companies and training institutions and improving the quality of cooperation. This is already working very well in Germany and Austria, but the aim is to find a European solution.
As part of WBL Accelerator, there will be a study to analyze in more detail what is needed on both sides. This will be done in focus groups in all project countries. Based on the results, a modular training program for trainers/mentors/HR will be developed. A handbook with activities and tips will also be developed.
