GreenChem supports professionals, companies, and educational institutions in actively shaping the green and digital transformation of the chemical sector. Through a European network of Centres of Vocational Excellence (CoVEs) across nine partner countries, the project develops innovative education and training opportunities that combine green chemistry and digitalisation while bridging the gap between the chemical industry and vocational education and training (VET).
Expected Results
- Updating occupational profiles and curricula: Chemistry education and training are adapted to the requirements of the green and digital transition.
- Flexible upskilling and reskilling opportunities: Development of open educational resources that support labour market-oriented education and training.
- International exchange: Mobility programmes for learners and educators, including Green Chemistry Summer Schools.
- Fostering green entrepreneurship: Support for start-ups in the chemical sector through coaching and incubation programmes.
