The YouLead project aims to enhance entrepreneurial skills through the use of innovative digital tools, seamlessly integrating them into youth worker training. By developing a Digital Serious Game, Digital Audiobook, and Digital Animation Palette, we provide simulated entrepreneurial experiences for young people and youth workers. Short-term training labs will further equip participants with essential skills.

As part of the project, various digital tools will be developed – including a serious game, an audiobook, and a series of animated videos – offering practical and interactive learning content for young people and youth workers alike. Short-term training labs will additionally equip participants with essential skills.

Our goal is to bridge the entrepreneurial skills gap, empower young people for business success, and foster active citizenship through game-based learning and collaborative training formats..
